I wouldn't advise it since many of these contain chemical that are not healthy to be absorbed through the skin and the mucous membranes. as long as there is no contraindication for human topical use yes you can but watch the amounts a very small amount can do all the job
besides why not use the regular bath fragrance liquid soap and for the air use fragrance candles
Essential oils are a better choice but frangrance oils are perfectly okay as long as they are skin safe.
As long as they won't irritate your skin I think it would be fine.
